How to feel happy,positive & inspired everyday

Hiii dreamers
In our day today life our everyday come with new problems,difficult conditions,situations, task to complete like that,and in relations we have our family & friends to deal with and we want to make our bond tight and good.and the person in relationship have to look for partner to have our attention .while going on everyday if you are managing all this you will be feeling like tried,and feeling like tensions of some part of life,life like mess up,and many things we get feeling low about them. 
And other side of it we want to move forward in our life, in our Carrier, in our Relation.our goals to which we are trying to reach. Many things we decided to learn ,to enjoy,to do.but we feel i don't have find time for that ,i don't have energy to do,i dont have interest,and many other thing may get you or cached you.
I can tell you why this is happened or happening in your life or will happen someday.but for now i thing we should focused  on  solution for it.(for readers and curious people i will post new post.so don't worry and stay focused on  solution.)

So main question is how to change that ,how to feel happy ,how to feel inspired,how to feel positive ,how to get self motivation,and many good thing which can make difference in life and make us to feel energetic and great.
So this kind of things happened and it can be solved in easy way.
1)find and get a great book like "the magic of  thinking big" or similar kind of book or any bookwhich make you feel  motivated,inspired,learn,and new idea can come in your mind .make sure that all things are necessary .(basically i suggested this because it is available all our world in many languages.  )
   After that what you have to do is very simple while going to sleep and after you wakeup in morning read 5or10or15 pages ( decided number of page to read. On basis of time you get.and stay on it).
After that reading is done think over ideas for 5 min while getting ready. And try to think positive about it and if you like them then try to get those idea in life. This will get you feel much much better and better every day.and in 1or 2 weeks you feel like having control and happy,enjoying every moment of it.
Why read book.some may think.so friends if you search for change they all may say like give positive thoughts ,say positive word about your self,say about your goals,remember them.and many things.actually they all work but main problem we face is we dont feel then at beginning for long.and we lose our believe in that.they may say give suggestion to change your self .but we dont get it or we fail to do so due to tensions of other thing.and many reason.
But book can put all positive thoughts,motivational thoughts,inspirational thoughts in you on daily basis.and it gives  you chance to lean ,new ideas and many good emotions.
After completing book what we should do.hmm repeat it again and repeat it until you learn all.easy.
So get started for forwards.feel great and happy everyday enjoy.
