Starting new habit..the simple life with simple thing.to achive greate things...

Hiii friends.....
In our life we do things on the daily basis.it is our rooting .after some days it become habit.or we can say it is how we create habit .this means we all ready know how habits are created.
As we know how to change habit.we know how to change life.actually many of you have heard that what kind of habits you have tell what kind of person you are.
So habits do have importance. So see in your life ,past & present and imagine what kind of feature you want and which habit can take you their and which are stopping you.take time and do this.
After that you have list of wanting to have and to stop .start applying them. Create new habit and stop unwanted habits.this will take some time. But stay focused to change.it is good.
After you made change you will know have good habits in the direction of our goal it is just first step.you have to keep improving them.it us kind of fun.and it give you a strong will and confidence.

But for many time we are not happy with our habit .so we wanted to change them.or we wanting to stop doing them.
And this thing is become sometimes panic.we become angry or we give up on stopping or changing them but we cant do most of the time.
This might be case .but actually we are afraid of change it is human tendency.but actually solution is very simple to this it is as follow.
1.try to build a new habit for old one which you have stop .give some time like 1or 2 weeks practice that work at that particular time.it will build a habit which will break old one and create a good new one.
2.some habit are like bad habit ,we can say alcoholic, lying and many other habit like this can be replaced.or stopped. Just do this.
:
a.stop worrying about your bad habit or we can say stop thinking like what can do if it stay like this,or like how will i manage if i fail...this kind of thoughts.and find a silent plance where no one will disturb you.and think with clear mind that you have to stop this habit.think positive about it.
b. Stop gone to place where you  remember your habits.stop meeting those people who is connected or do have same habit.actually those people can draw to you habit.so for some time stay out.and do other thing which make you happy or keep you busy.
This will make change you...and you will be happy.
