Easy easy thinking the new way to see life....

Hiiii friends....
This is whole new technique that might be know to some people ...but those who don't.keep on  reading and have new way to look life....
So you know this or not but their are some practice successful people do at morning after they wakeup or at the time of sleeping or when ever they have free time or at the taught time ...they give  self suggestions like " i m confident,i m good at this,i m greatest...etc. 
What ever it may be as they are not good at or they are conscious about or thing about they feel low about and give them motivation and inspiration....
I find out some thing that why they do so ..
They do to feel better for sure but that not the only change happens their they also develop that thing in them which they are lacking and things happens what they are wanting...and amazing thing is that this actually works.

This self suggesting make them better and better person every time they do this...
But that good and bad like two headed sword ...
Why....it is seen that successful people always suggests positive  thing to  them self and they actually know what exactly want ...
And if you know then its good...actually great  but you haven't until you can archive many things but doing this...
So what you have to do...and how much time it take and most importantly in how much time it take to get great results...
It take hardly 10-15 min at the morning or at the time of sleeping ...or do both time  .you will feel difference in self in 1-2 weeks .and you will see your self as better person ...
What you have to do ..so first make a list of thing that you are not good at ,thing that you fear to do,thing that make you uncomfortable and thing that you want to do....it will take some time to make this list but after it done .
You have to add word "easy" in front of every thing and make positive statement like if you think it is hard to make money...then rewrite it as it is easy to make money....just make sure that every sentence should be what you want...after this and what you dont want to do you can add hard  in front of it and make sentences...
After you done this ...
Add a last line to this i do easy things and ignore hard things...
Keep that papers with you at morning or at the time of sleeping ..first 1-2 day read this then just thing of them at the time you wakeup or at time you sleep ...or do it both time....
You will definitely feel great ....and you will start growing  ....
